Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Velyrax website (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Important: Velyrax ships from international fulfillment partners. Orders are dispatched from overseas warehouses. Delivery times are longer than domestic shipping.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes verification, quality checks, packaging, and handover to the carrier.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • High demand or external factors may extend processing times
  • You will receive confirmation emails once the order is processed and shipped

2. Shipping & Transit Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 10–18 business days
  • International: 14–25 business days

All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, and destination location. Velyrax does not control shipping carriers and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for a refund when the order is confirmed to be in transit.


3. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Please allow 24–120 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Tracking information provided by the carrier shall be considered valid proof of shipment status and delivery. Carrier confirmation of delivery will be considered fulfillment of the order.

If tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, contact us.


4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or force majeure
  • Incorrect address input
  • Public holidays

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct address.

We cannot modify addresses after dispatch.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address:

  • A reshipment fee may apply
  • A partial refund may be issued (excluding shipping costs)

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information are not eligible for a full refund.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers must ensure a secure delivery location.

If you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff
  • Contact your local carrier
  • Check around your property

If unresolved, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

In cases of claimed non-receipt, customers must:

  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Cooperate with any investigation
  • Provide requested documentation

Failure to cooperate may result in denial of the claim.

Velyrax may assist with investigations but does not guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.


7. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • VAT or taxes
  • Customs fees

These are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not control or estimate these charges.

Refused shipments due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for full refunds.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
