All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You must contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact Velyrax and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Failure to do so may be considered a violation of these Terms.

Prices are in USD.

Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, and fees.

We are not responsible for currency conversion differences.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY, TITLE & RISK

Orders ship from international partners. Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

If you claim non-receipt:

  • You must contact us and the carrier
  • You must cooperate with any investigation

Failure to cooperate may result in denial of the claim.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW; ARBITRATION; WAIVER

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, except for small claims court.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or collective claims.

The arbitration decision will be final and binding.
